2. Personal Data Processed

The contact form requests the following information:

• Name.
• Email address.
• Phone number.
• Company.
• Message.

All of these fields are required to submit the form.

The site may also automatically process certain technical and browsing data, such as IP address, approximate geographic location, browser and device information, source of the visit and interactions with the site.

Sensitive personal data is not intentionally requested. Please avoid including this type of information in your form message.

3. Purposes of Processing

Information provided through the form is used to:

4. Analytics, Cookies and Security

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help detect spam and automated or abusive activity. Certain technical data necessary to provide this security function may be processed for this purpose.

This site also uses Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager to obtain usage statistics.

Analytics is optional and disabled by default. It is enabled only when you explicitly select Accept.

When analytics is enabled, cookies may be used and browsing data may be processed, including visits and interactions, traffic sources, approximate geographic location and technical browser and device information.

Information entered in the contact form is not intentionally sent to Google Analytics.

Your analytics preference is stored locally in your browser. You can change it at any time using Cookie settings in the site footer. When you withdraw consent, analytics is disabled and the Google Analytics cookies that this site can delete directly are removed.

5. Data Transfers and Service Providers

The site uses technology services for hosting, email, security and analytics. These providers may process data only to the extent necessary to provide those services.

Some of these providers may process information outside Mexico.

Your personal data is not transferred to third parties for their own commercial purposes other than those described in this Notice, except where necessary or permitted under applicable law.

Your request will be addressed within the time limits established by the LFPDPPP, and the response will be sent through the means you have specified.

You do not need to submit an ARCO request specifically to withdraw consent for analytics: you can do so directly through Cookie settings.

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice and, where applicable, to comply with legal obligations or address potential liabilities.

Reasonable administrative and technical measures are maintained to protect personal data against loss, alteration, unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

8. Links and Third-Party Sites

This site may contain links to third-party websites and services, including websites for projects featured in the portfolio and external professional profiles.

When you follow an external link, you leave edgarescarcega.dev. Data processing, content, availability, security and privacy practices on the destination site are subject to the policies and terms of its respective operator.
